✨ Ready to turn those viral food lamps from @hom ✨ Ready to turn those viral food lamps from @homegoods into something totally custom? I’m showing you how I transform a glazed ceramic lamp into a piece that matches my office vibe! 🎨💡 Heads up: This technique works really well on glazed ceramics that won’t be handled every day. Do not skip the spray paint and matte sealer or else your acrylic paint won’t stick as well. Craft Supplies: - Painters tape - Spray paint in the color of your choice - Clear matte sealer - Acrylic paint (I used Folk Art brand by @plaidcrafts ) - Paint brushes
I completed my first project in our new home.. mak I completed my first project in our new home.. making over our garage gym into a chic mini fitness studio. My vision was to replicate the vibe of my favorite cycle class, fun, upbeat, and funky lighting to set the mood. I used @goveeofficial lighting to elevate the space and give it that boutique fitness class feel. Now I can cycle, lift, and do yoga under a rainbow.🌈 No gym is complete without motivational wall art. I chose a few wise words from one of my favorite cartoons the Boondocks cartoon. Let me know if you caught that reference. 😂🍑 We already owned the majority of our home gym equipment but I tagged the brands below for you. New house update! We aren’t quite settled but New house update! We aren’t quite settled but definitely settling in. Spike has adjusted well. He has a thing for rugs and loves sprawling out across them, especially this cute one we got from @ruggable. We’re still waiting on a few major furniture and decor items. I haven’t picked out paint colors yet but I did find THEE wallpaper for my office. My home is already a vibe. I’m happy.

It’s official! We are 2nd time homeowners. And It’s official! We are 2nd time homeowners. And in true Grandma Coffee fashion, she marked the occasion with a song. 🎶 “Do you know what today is? It’s pick up your key day?” 🎶 This has been a journey. One that we will discuss soon-ish on a podcast episode. But today we are sitting in the excitement of this accomplishment. 🎉
Is there anything better than a praying grandma? Is there anything better than a praying grandma? Absolutely not! To know me is to know my grandma Coffee. My ride or die prayer warrior. I always joke that she has Jesus on speed dial. This home building journey has been extra special because I’ve had the opportunity to share the process with her. Every time I had my weekly update call with the builder, I’d call her to share my “praise report”. Whenever I got new photos or videos we’d sit on the phone laughing and talking about all my plans for the house. She is so excited. I didn’t want to wait until move in to show her the house in person. This video is her genuine reaction to seeing the house for the first time. She did not disappoint. She reacted exactly as I knew she would. And she brought her oil. IYKYK. I’m so lucky to have her. In a few weeks we’ll get to run this visit back but with furniture.

We are in the home stretch y’all! Our final wa We are in the home stretch y’all! Our final walkthrough and close date have been set. We have 3 weeks to prepare for a move across the state. And if I’m being honest a lil overwhelm is starting to creep in. So I’m focusing on the tiny actions I can take daily to tackle this move with ease, clarity, and confidence.
