A quick introduction for all of my new friends. H A quick introduction for all of my new friends.

Hey! I’m Monique. Most of my friends call me Mo and you can too. Or just Monique but never Monica (I do not like it).

I’m the founder of @TakeTinyAction - a podcast, newsletter, and community (coming soon-ish).

I believe that taking tiny action is the most sustainable to build the life that we desire.

I coach and support women to get real and honest about what they want, work with them to map out a plan of action, and help them get out of their own way.

A few things you should know about me:

I recently published “Don’t Let Fear Have All The Fun” a book about getting comfortable with our fears. It’s easily the best thing I’ve written.

I want more women to be bold, release fear, stand in their power, and make lots of money. I’m hella unapologetic about this.

I have this thing with pink. It’s maybe sort of a little obvious.

I love cartoons and rarely watch reality TV.

And if I could only eat 3 things for the rest of my life they would be sushi, Publix vanilla buttercream cake, and hot wings tossed in hot garlic sauce.

Enough about me… Tell me something about you.

P.S. Did we meet at @Mom2summit or did you hear my interview over at @hannamoneybliss or @windowsillchats? #taketinyaction
The MOST important thing you need to know about me The MOST important thing you need to know about me is that I live for a karaoke moment. I will never pass up a chance on the mic. 🎶

Shout out to @ford #fordxmom2summit for this fun opportunity.

We tend to believe that not making the decision to We tend to believe that not making the decision to move forward is safer and that no harm is being done, but that’s not true.

Listening to the Chorus of Fear (the voice of our irrational fears) has a cost and it takes a toll against your life.

These tolls can be physical, emotional, or financial. It often costs us more than we think.

Do you know how much you’re paying?

If you want to learn more about the Chorus of Fear and how to turn down the volume on that inner voice, I encourage you to pick up a copy of ‘Don’t Let Fear Have All The Fun’. Available at taketinyaction.com and online book retailers.

I made this y’all! Is a custom terrarium busin I made this y’all!

Is a custom terrarium business in my future?! 😝 Nope! But family members may be getting them as gifts. I’m obsessed!

Thanks @craftifulstudio for being an excellent teacher. I enjoyed the history lesson on the origin of terrariums.

Now to find a sunny enough spot for my new plant babies.

Craftcation really is my happy place. I haven’t Craftcation really is my happy place.

I haven’t found another conference that feels so effortless. Where I can show up with all of my quirks and no one gives it a passing thought. We are the weird ones and I love that for us.

Thanks to everyone who attended my workshops or the panels I sat on. It’s not lost on me that you passed up an opportunity to craft just so you could hear what I had to share.

Thanks for showing my book so much love. It made me so happy every time someone stopped me in the hallway and asked me to sign their copy. You were so enthusiastic!

Big thanks to @dearhandmadelife and @iamthekatiemac for inviting me back. I’m counting down the days until next year.

Another first for me (even though I’ve attended Another first for me (even though I’ve attended Craftcation 3x) was watching the Iron Craft Competition.

Iron Craft is like Iron Chef but for crafts. Contestants get 5 minutes to craft something from a variety of supplies BUT there’s also a mystery supply that must be used. Iron Craft is pure craftiness at its finest. I loved every bit of it.

My first Iron Craft was made more special by the fact that I got to be a judge. It was hard to narrow down the cut list after the first round but we got it done. So fun!

Special shout out to Jenny @craftyearthmonkey new Iron Craft Champion and first time Craftcation attendee. Also, big hugs to @hollymarshmallow for coming up with the idea. #craftcation2023
