I think living is a weird phenomenon. It’s all b I think living is a weird phenomenon. It’s all based on a continuously shifting precarious state of circumstances.

Now don’t get it twisted. I love living and I do my best to show up every day.

This is why I’m so bullish on curating a life you love. One that feels vibrant, fulfilling, and fun. Life is so fragile.
Right now, I’m in my teaching era. My life’s Right now, I’m in my teaching era.

My life’s mission? To depart from this world having shared all the knowledge and wisdom I've gained.

The quickest way to do that? Speaking on bigger and bigger stages to different people all over the world.

I'm just getting started. Keep an eye on this space or should I say stage. 😉 #taketinyaction
Accepting the timing of your life can be one of th Accepting the timing of your life can be one of the most challenging things you’ll encounter. There will be moments when you glance around and witness others who started their journey with you racing ahead. It’s natural to grow impatient, eagerly awaiting your turn in the spotlight. Setbacks will arise, and you might lag behind, feeling frustrated and discouraged. Tears may well up in your eyes as you question, “When will it be my time?”

Yet, amidst the uncertainties and the questioning, please remember this: your life has perfect timing for everything that has happened, is happening, and will happen in the future. The twists and turns, the triumphs and tribulations—all play a significant role in shaping who you are becoming.

It’s important to realize that you can’t control or influence the timing of your life. Instead, what you can do is live in the present moment, fully immersed in the experiences and lessons that come your way. Trust that the path you’re on is uniquely yours, and while it may diverge from societal norms, it holds immeasurable potential for growth and self-discovery. #taketinyaction
I spent my final night in Italy staring at the sta I spent my final night in Italy staring at the stars. One of my absolute favorite ways to get lost in time. It was the perfect way to end a truly life changing trip.

I came with the intention of expanding the limits of what I believe is possible for me and to make new connections. I’m leaving with so much more.

I’m heading back home with new friends. Women who I know I’ll be seeing again really soon. They are all brilliant and doing important work.

I’m so thankful to @jennifer.kem for bringing us together. I appreciate your leadership!

I can’t forget Bianca and Christina of @Italianfix. You were wonderful hosts. At all times I felt taken care of and loved.

All I will say for now is to ‘stay tuned’. I’ve barely gotten started.
3 Things from Day 1 in Florence, Italy I made my 3 Things from Day 1 in Florence, Italy

I made my first retreat friend this morning after breakfast. We walked around Florence and found the river. We only got a lil lost.

I had my first gelato and second pizza. I’m probably going to have pizza again tomorrow. The owner was gracious enough to let me in even though they had closed for lunch.

I had a 5 course dinner with a beautiful view. I ate 2 bites of beef tartar, meeting my goal of trying everything once. (I have a LOT of food fears. The Chorus of Fear sings to me loudest when unfamiliar food is involved.)

I’m soaking it all in. Trying to be present. Letting my brain rest. Feeling inspired. I’m open to new downloads.

Stay tuned. #taketinyaction
A quick introduction for all of my new friends. H A quick introduction for all of my new friends.

Hey! I’m Monique. Most of my friends call me Mo and you can too. Or just Monique but never Monica (I do not like it).

I’m the founder of @TakeTinyAction - a podcast, newsletter, and community (coming soon-ish).

I believe that taking tiny action is the most sustainable to build the life that we desire.

I coach and support women to get real and honest about what they want, work with them to map out a plan of action, and help them get out of their own way.

A few things you should know about me:

I recently published “Don’t Let Fear Have All The Fun” a book about getting comfortable with our fears. It’s easily the best thing I’ve written.

I want more women to be bold, release fear, stand in their power, and make lots of money. I’m hella unapologetic about this.

I have this thing with pink. It’s maybe sort of a little obvious.

I love cartoons and rarely watch reality TV.

And if I could only eat 3 things for the rest of my life they would be sushi, Publix vanilla buttercream cake, and hot wings tossed in hot garlic sauce.

Enough about me… Tell me something about you.

P.S. Did we meet at @Mom2summit or did you hear my interview over at @hannamoneybliss or @windowsillchats? #taketinyaction
The MOST important thing you need to know about me The MOST important thing you need to know about me is that I live for a karaoke moment. I will never pass up a chance on the mic. 🎶

Shout out to @ford #fordxmom2summit for this fun opportunity.
